Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or contact form). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
In such cases, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly personalized (§ 312g (2) BGB).
